Read the review of our American Longbow!

Not long after being subjected to all this negativity i decided to try it anyway and the early years of becoming a bowyer were laid firm. Learning different skill sets can be hard and it was full of snaps and breaks however slowly the patterns of what worked and what didn't started to emerge. Self bows were being built from not only board wood, but from staves and there was no real difference in performance. Each had its place and each worked equally well. In 2003 I started working with laminates, bow glass, and more traditional forms of bows. I made my first bow form and produced my very first modern laminate bow, a reflexed longbow pulling the better part of 85 pounds. This was interesting and better yet it shot like a champ. As the years went on, I started selling my bows - both wood and laminates at medieval faires and markets, slowly the bows took on a life of their own and slowly the fledgling bowyer started understanding how to make a decent bow at a fair price. In 2007 SiegeWork Creations was born. Our bows were sold in East Texas once a year for 8 weeks. People from all over came to see what we had and we sold out within 6 weeks. An idea was born and we started a store on E'bay, which we have since replaced with a presence on Bonanzle as well as our own website. Our hickory and red oak bows have been sent to all corners of the United states and even abroad. Coupled with our modern laminated longbows, recurves and horsebows we have been blessed with earning a silver power seller status and with people seeking us out just to own one of our hard hitting prized bows.
We have been viewed among the best bows in east Texas and have a thriving local and internet business. Thousands of people can't be wrong. we are a hard working but more importantly fair business dealing in primitive and traditional archery. I am very sure you will not be disappointed.
