While we don’t have a retail location, our shop is located in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. We are surrounded by the rolling hills and woodlands of North-East Texas, lots of cows, horses, and down-home country folks. You couldn’t ask for a better work environment! We are typically in the shop Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm CST. We are closed Weekends and Holidays. |

The best way to reach us is via e’mail. We strive to answer every e’mail the same day or within 24 hours. Please keep in mind that we do have weekend events scheduled throughout the year and an e’mail sent late on a Thursday or Friday may not be seen until Monday. |

You bet! If we don’t answer, PLEASE leave a message (even if you call 100 times, we can’t respond unless you leave a message!). There are times when we can’t hear the phone ring due to loud shop tools, weekends/holidays, proximity, etc. We respond to every message left within 24 hours or by the end of the next business day.
