Unfortunately over the past years we have had a few experiences that now require us to make rules: Please read before ordering. We here at SiegeWork Creations strive to give the best product for the money. Researching our company it is easy to see our products are in the top tier of excellence, performance and price. Lead Times:Current lead times for all laminate bow and arrow orders are approximately 12-16 weeks. We strive for the highest quality craftsmanship in our bows. There is just simply no such thing as 'whipping out a bow' and having it be of the quality that you expect of us and we expect of ourselves. If you wish to know how the build is coming along on your bow, please feel free to send us an e'mail and we'll be happy to update you with a progress report. Depending on the project, at some stages of the build there may also be pictures available. Shipping Charges:Shipping charges are additional to the cost of your order and are billed separately at the time of shipping. Shipping charges amount to the ACTUAL cost of postage plus $3.00 (to help with the cost of packing materials that ensure your bow gets a safe ride). Our experience tells us that the average single bow shipped to the lower 48 states will range from $9.00 to $15.00. Occasionally we have seen the unusual shipment of a single bow go into the $20's. But again, you will pay only the ACTUAL shipping cost + $3.00. Deposits: ALL custom bow orders - OR bows that need to be built, REQUIRE a NON REFUNDABLE $200.00 deposit before work can start. This does not include any wood self bow that does not have a backing. Any bow in which is not in stock and ready to be shipped is included in this. By placing an order with SiegeWork Creations you acknowledge and accept this term. Shipping: All products are shipped with insurance and tracking information. If your products show up damaged in any way PLEASE contact us immediately via phone and email advising us of the issue. Please photograph the damage as soon as you are aware of it (including the packaging) and e'mail us these pictures. You maybe required by the post office to start a claim on your end (a very simple 1 page form). Please understand that we back our products 100% however if an insurance claim needs to be filed we need your cooperation to refund and/or replace your purchase. Failure to cooperate may forfeit a replacement/refund. ALL packages shipped back to us MUST be insured for the full amount of purchase AND carry tracking/proof of delivery. If you need to return a package to us, you must contact us first via phone or e'mail for a case number. Packages without a case number may be inadvertently refused or misdirected. Cancellation / Changing of order: Please understand that a cancellation of order WILL forfeit your deposit. We do our best to stay within +/- 4 weeks of quoted shipping dates, however please understand situations arise, vendors can and do backlog and things can go behind schedule. We do reserve the right to keep the refund OR resell your bow. That said, we understand that sometimes things come up and an order may need to be canceled due to unusual circumstances. We're regular people who will do our best to "do the right thing" for all parties involved. Changing your order mid build MAY extend time of delivery without notification, we do our best to treat each order promptly and on an individual basis. Changing any order mid build may reset its priority depending on what we have going. A simple rule is to call or email us immediately and we maybe able to change without a problem. Returns: We back our products 100% against manufacture defects. Most of our bows come with a warranty of some sort. If something goes wrong - CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. We may require pictures of the damage and to have the product shipped back to us for visual inspection. Buyer is to pay shipping charges back to us plus insurance/tracking on the package. PLEASE call us or email us BEFORE you ship a package to us. This both protects you, and us from a lost package claim. If you need to return a package to us, you must contact us first via phone or e'mail for a case number. Packages without a case number may be inadvertently refused or misdirected. ALL attempts to make the purchase a good experience will be made. This may include replacement, or repair. We will ALWAYS replace/repair to equal or greater value of the item in question. Restocking: IF in the event you are not happy with your purchase, contact us, we will do everything we can to make the purchase 100% agreeable. Due to past "test pilots" a restocking fees of 20% of the purchase price IS applicable on any returned bow within the first 30 days of ownership.
